Was a little worried they'd feel stiff, but the fabric has a nice softness that moves well. The mesh-lined vents are great for dumping heat fast when you start working up a sweat on the hike up.

The 20K membrane and taped seams kept me completely dry during a full day of wet snow. Vents were easy to open on the chairlift. They fit true to size and moved well for hiking.

The mesh-lined vents are a lifesaver on warmer days—I can open them up without worrying about snow getting inside. These pants kept me bone-dry through an entire afternoon of wet, heavy powder.
