I was skeptical about spending this much on mitts, but the brushed tricot lining made my hands feel toasty on a single-digit chairlift ride. The waterproof insert kept snow out even after I fell in a drift.

The grip palm on these mitts is seriously sturdy—I can hold my phone and a coffee cup without slipping on the ice. The 6oz insulation keeps my hands toasty even during long chairlift rides. They’re a bit bulky for tying boots, but that warmth is worth it.

The brushed tricot lining makes these mitts so cozy that I actually look forward to putting them on before heading out into the cold. The grip palm held up well when I was adjusting my bindings on the lift.
