The fully taped seams really sold me—I wore this through a wet, windy day and stayed completely dry underneath. The baggy cut is comfy without looking frumpy, and the 10K breathability kept me from overheating when I started moving.

The mesh vents are a lifesaver on warmer days on the hill, and the baggy fit leaves plenty of room for layering without feeling bulky. Fully taped seams gave me total confidence in a wet spring storm.

I wish the mesh vents were placed a bit differently—they work okay for airflow but sit right where my backpack straps go. The 10K/10K breathability is decent for snowy days, though the shell feels a touch stiff out of the box.
